Anna & William Toronto is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support our growing online brand.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that enhance our website, marketing campaigns, and overall brand presence.

Responsibilities

Design website visuals such as banners, product images, and promotional graphics
Create marketing materials for social media, email campaigns, and digital advertising
Improve user experience through clean, conversion-focused design
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
Maintain visual consistency and follow brand guidelines across all platforms

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within E-commerce
Strong skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
Excellent eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
A portfolio demonstrating previous design work

Anna & William Toronto is looking for a reliable Online Customer Support & Sales Assistant to help manage customer inquiries and support our online operations.

This role is fully remote and focused on digital communication.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner
Assist customers with order questions, product information, and basic troubleshooting
Support sales by guiding customers through the ordering process
Handle basic administrative support related to orders and customer communication
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction

Requirements

Strong written communication skills in English
Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience in customer support or E-commerce is a plus
